Schedule Online Doctor Appointment

During the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic our price is decreased in order to serve our fellow Oklahomans.
Prices are subject to change in the future.
In addition to our usual Online Urgent Care services, we offer “Coronavirus Consults” at the price listed above.

How to schedule an online doctor appointment:

Step 1: Click the red “Book Now” button.
Step 2: Choose a date and time that works well for you.
Step 3: Enter your information. Can also add a comment to the doctor in the “Note” section, such as reason for appointment, symptoms or chief complaint.
Step 4: Click “Continue.”
Step 5: Review your appointment and then click “Confirm Request.”
Step 6: Check your e-mail for a passcode and follow the steps to complete the intake form (IntakeQ) and payment process (secured through Square).

How to Check-In for Video Visit:

Step 1: This video visit occurs at the time of your previously scheduled online doctor appointment (see above).
Step 2: Use a device with camera/microphone, such as computer, tablet or phone.
Step 3: You will receive an email with a unique URL address (IntakeQ or Doxy.Me) shortly before your scheduled appointment time.
Step 4: Click on the URL link from your email or paste it into your web browser. Enter the “Invitation Code” if provided in email.
Step 5: Type in your name if applicable and click “check in” or follow the prompts.
Step 6: Allow your browser to use your webcam and microphone.
Step 7: Your online doctor appointment will begin shortly after this.

The video visits are secure, HIPAA compliant, and no software needed to download.
